Job Description:

MAS Industries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer receivables, ensure accurate ledger maintenance, and support smooth cash flow operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong financial records and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

· Record and post customer receipts accurately into the accounting software ( , Sap or similar).

· Maintain and reconcile customer ledgers, ensuring correctness and timely updates.

· Prepare and monitor accounts receivable ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment follow-ups and issue resolution.

· Perform bank reconciliation for all receipt entries.

· Monitor and enforce credit limits and payment terms.

· Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and communication records.

· Assist in GST reconciliation related to receivables.

· Support internal audits with necessary reports and ledger details.

· Generate monthly reports on collections, overdue accounts, and cash flow forecasts.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

· Strong understanding of accounting concepts and documentation.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
