We are seeking a qualified Agriculture Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in landscaping, irrigation management. The Agricultural Engineer will oversee the maintenance of landscaping and softscape areas, ensuring high-quality standards The role requires planning, supervising, and executing maintenance operations efficiently, while ensuring safety and productivity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, fertilization, watering, and pest control.</li><li>Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations of softscape and landscaped areas</li><li>Manage the team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion</li><li>Inspect plants, trees, lawns, and irrigation systems; recommend corrective actions as needed</li><li>Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, fertilization, watering, and pest control</li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery</li><li>Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for resources and materials</li><li>Prepare daily/monthly reports on work progress, manpower, and resource utilization.</li><li>Communicate effectively with workers, team leads, and management in English and Hindi</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in landscaping, softscape maintenance, or agricultural projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of plants, trees, lawns, irrigation systems, and maintenance practices</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi</li><li>Proficient in preparing reports and maintaining documentation</li><li>Ability to supervise and motivate a large team effectively</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
