Job Responsibilities :-Prepare and review monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.-Analyze financial data, identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management on cost-saving and revenue enhancement opportunities.-Oversee the preparation of financial reports for project management teams, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting and cost control.-Supervise and manage accounts payable/receivable teams to ensure timely payments and collections.-Ensure that supplier and client transactions are recorded accurately and resolved promptly.-Ensure the internal financial controls are in place and adhered to, preventing errors or fraud.-Knowledge in VAT filing and corporate tax compliance.-Monitor cash flow, ensuring that there are sufficient funds to meet the company&rsquo;s operations and financial needs.-Prepare and review cash flow statements to ensure adequate liquidity.-Coordinate with external auditors for annual auditors for annual audits and ensure that all requested documentation is provided.-Submission of tax returns and ensure timely filing in accordance with UAE tax regulations.-Implementation of new accounting software's.-Generate monthly profit and loss report.Qualifications &amp; Experience:-Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field-Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry or a similar field-In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT and tax laws.-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)-Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, P&amp;L Statement, payables, receivables and reconciliations.Job Type : Full timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
