Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.About the RoleMashburn is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is essential in coordinating communication between customers, delivery teams, warehouse staff, field employees, and GE representatives.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Operations Support<ul><li>Schedule deliveries and coordinate appointments with customers</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, drivers, and internal teams</li><li>Maintain accurate records of schedules, service requests, and documentation</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks</li><li>Support communication between office, warehouse, and field teams</li><li>Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, and notes</li><li>Manage office supplies and assist with general office organization</li></ul>Customer Service &amp; Communication<ul><li>Provide professional and timely communication with customers and partners</li><li>Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when needed</li><li>Maintain positive working relationships across all departments</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to learn scheduling and logistics systems quickly</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required due to frequent communication with Spanish-speaking team members and customers</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Associate degree preferred</li><li>Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements<ul><li>Primarily office-based with prolonged computer use</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally</li><li>Occasional travel may be required</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerMashburn Delivery Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
