Craft Beverage AmbassadorMastry&rsquo;s Brewing Co. | St. Pete BeachMastry&rsquo;s Brewing Co. is looking for energetic, motivated, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Craft Beverage Ambassadors.Located on St. Pete Beach, Mastry&rsquo;s is a brewery and distillery dedicated to creating exceptional craft beverages and memorable guest experiences. Our tasting room features 20+ rotating house-brewed beers, Mastry&rsquo;s craft spirits, cider, hard seltzer, wine, and packaged brews to-go. Guests can also enjoy food from our onsite kitchen, The Kitchen at Mastry&rsquo;s Brewing Co.At Mastry&rsquo;s, our team members are more than just servers &mdash; they are ambassadors of the brand and the guest experience.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, learning about craft beverages, and taking pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. Team members who are self-motivated, attentive to guests, and eager to grow their knowledge tend to thrive in this role and often see the greatest success.We believe that great hospitality is built on effort, attitude, and teamwork, and the opportunities here grow alongside the effort our team members put into their craft.What You&rsquo;ll DoCraft Beverage Ambassadors play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable tasting room experience.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Serving Mastry&rsquo;s beer, spirits, and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm</li><li>Engaging with guests and sharing approachable knowledge about our beers, spirits, and brand</li><li>Pouring pints, samples, and flights while practicing responsible alcohol service</li><li>Helping guests explore our menu and discover beverages they&rsquo;ll love</li><li>Monitoring guest consumption and ensuring no guest is over-served</li><li>Checking identification for all guests who appear under 30 years of age</li><li>Processing transactions accurately using Clover POS</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room environment</li><li>Assisting with collecting, cleaning, and restocking glassware</li><li>Cleaning and filling growlers</li><li>Restocking merchandise and retail areas</li><li>Assisting with opening and closing procedures</li><li>Handling cash and credit transactions responsibly and reconciling cash banks</li><li>Communicating clearly with team members and supporting overall operations</li><li>Reporting concerns or operational issues to the Manager on Duty</li></ul>What Makes Someone Successful in This RoleOur most successful team members share a few key qualities:<ul><li>A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience</li><li>Strong communication and people skills</li><li>A willingness to learn about craft beer, spirits, and the Mastry&rsquo;s brand</li><li>The ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A proactive mindset &mdash; looking for ways to help guests and support teammates</li><li>A strong work ethic and positive attitude</li></ul>Team members who are engaged, motivated, and eager to connect with guests often find this to be a rewarding and successful role.Experience and Skills<ul><li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li><li>Previous brewery, bar, or restaurant experience preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays</li></ul>Certifications (a plus):<ul><li>ServSafe Food Handler Certification</li><li>Florida Responsible Vendor Training</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds regularly</li><li>Occasional assistance moving 75 lb kegs</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts</li><li>Ability to bend, crouch, reach, and move throughout the tasting room</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Florida Tip Wage + Tips</li><li>Guaranteed minimum earnings of $15 per hour</li></ul>Team members who are highly engaged with guests and knowledgeable about the menu often see strong earning potential through tips.Equal Opportunity EmployerMastry&rsquo;s Brewing Co. is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation, or marital/familial status.Base Brewery HoursTuesday &ndash; Thursday: 12 PM &ndash; 10 PMFriday &ndash; Saturday: 12 PM &ndash; 11 PMSunday: 12 PM &ndash; 9 PMApplicants should be available to work opening and closing shifts, including evenings and weekends.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your favorite style of beer? </li><li>Why do you want to work in the craft industry?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Craft Beer: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Mixing cocktails : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
