Mastry’s Brewing Co. is looking for energetic, motivated, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Craft Beverage Ambassadors.

Located on St. Pete Beach, Mastry’s is a brewery and distillery dedicated to creating exceptional craft beverages and memorable guest experiences. Our tasting room features 20+ rotating house-brewed beers, Mastry’s craft spirits, cider, hard seltzer, wine, and packaged brews to-go. Guests can also enjoy food from our onsite kitchen, The Kitchen at Mastry’s Brewing Co.

What You’ll Do

Craft Beverage Ambassadors play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable tasting room experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving Mastry’s beer, spirits, and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Engaging with guests and sharing approachable knowledge about our beers, spirits, and brand
  • Pouring pints, samples, and flights while practicing responsible alcohol service
  • Helping guests explore our menu and discover beverages they’ll love
  • Monitoring guest consumption and ensuring no guest is over-served
  • Checking identification for all guests who appear under 30 years of age
  • Processing transactions accurately using Clover POS
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room environment
  • Assisting with collecting, cleaning, and restocking glassware
  • Cleaning and filling growlers
  • Restocking merchandise and retail areas
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Handling cash and credit transactions responsibly and reconciling cash banks
  • Communicating clearly with team members and supporting overall operations
  • Reporting concerns or operational issues to the Manager on Duty

Experience and Skills

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Previous brewery, bar, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Certifications (a plus):

  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification
  • Florida Responsible Vendor Training

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds regularly
  • Occasional assistance moving 75 lb kegs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Ability to bend, crouch, reach, and move throughout the tasting room

Compensation

  • Florida Tip Wage + Tips
  • Guaranteed minimum earnings of $15 per hour

Team members who are highly engaged with guests and knowledgeable about the menu often see strong earning potential through tips.

Base Brewery Hours

Tuesday – Thursday: 12 PM – 10 PM

Friday – Saturday: 12 PM – 11 PM

Sunday: 12 PM – 9 PM

Applicants should be available to work opening and closing shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
