Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime.</li><li>Generate and process large-scale invoices accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Handle import-export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.</li><li>Maintain records of accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Monitor GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.</li><li>Assist in audits and prepare financial statements.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics teams regarding financial transactions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in Tally Prime.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.</li><li>Experience in handling high-volume invoicing and import-export documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading company.</li><li>Knowledge of banking procedures and international trade regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3years: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajkot, Gujarat (Rajkot)
