Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and dispatch vehicles, drivers, or field staff as per daily operational requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred but not always mandatory)
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations coordination
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel, dispatch systems, or logistics software
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GPS tracking or fleet management systems
- Knowledge of routes, traffic patterns, and local geography
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights or weekends

Work Environment
- Monitor trips, routes, and service timelines to ensure on-time performance
- Communicate clearly with drivers/field staff regarding assignments, changes, and emergencies
- Track vehicle or staff movement using GPS, dispatch software, or manual logs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service updates professionally
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip logs, and reports
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams
- Respond promptly to delays, breakdowns, or unexpected issues and take corrective action
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
