<div>Matheny Medical and Educational Center has a career opportunity available for a Full Time Transportation Manager.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm with on-call responsibilities. 

Duties of this position include:
Safety &amp; Risk Management:
<ul><li>Develop, implement, and enforce transportation safety policies.</li><li>Ensure proper wheelchair securement and passenger restraint use.</li><li>Conduct safety audits, ride-alongs, and inspections.</li><li>Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.</li></ul>
Regulatory Compliance:
<ul><li>Maintain DOT, FMCSA, and ADA compliance.</li><li>Manage driver qualification files.</li><li>Ensure drug &amp; alcohol testing and hours-of-service compliance.</li><li>Coordinate audits and inspections.</li></ul>
Driver Supervision &amp; Training:
<ul><li>Recruit, train, and supervise drivers.</li><li>Provide training on defensive driving, securement, and emergency procedures.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations.</li></ul>
Fleet Management:
<ul><li>Oversee vehicle maintenance and inspections.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are equipped with safety and securement equipment.</li><li>Manage preventative maintenance schedules.</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Scheduling:
<ul><li>Coordinate routes and schedules.</li><li>Monitor efficiency while maintaining safety.</li><li>Collaborate with program and administrative staff.</li></ul>

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $72,500 annually.
