Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support, multitasking skills, and a positive and professional attitude. This position requires strong communication skills, Dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers to ensure timely and efficient service.<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of service calls and job statuses.</li><li>Produce and manage all purchase order procedures in accordance with company guidelines.</li><li>Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to logistics and transportation management.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide updates on their orders.</li><li>Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and GPS technology to track shipments and optimize routes.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in r systems.</li><li>Assist in transportation planning by evaluating delivery schedules and logistics processes.</li><li>Provide feedback on customer trends and service improvements to management.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in Sage SSO preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in HVAC, dispatching, or customer service preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly within the logistics or transportation industry.</li><li>Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and GPS technology is highly desirable.</li><li>Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.</li><li>Prepares reports compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and wages.</li><li>Resolves payroll discrepancies and analyze information.</li><li>Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.</li><li>Prepare daily work schedules to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, while following safety and government regulations.</li><li>Prepared daily work and run schedules to ensure tech arrival to clients to ensure a satisfactory resolution.</li><li>Organize work orders and preventive maintenances scheduling.</li><li>Prepare invoices for review.</li><li>Professionally handle conflicts with technicians and customers.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing clear information to customers.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation planning principles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul>Apply today to join our growing team!Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
