Job Title: Personal AssistantLocation: Austin, TXEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible based on candidate availability)About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support both household operations and scheduling / buisness management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing domestic responsibilities with digital tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining a well-run home while also assisting with social media management for a prominent Influencer in the health and wellness space.Key Responsibilities:Household Support:<ul><li>Perform light to moderate housekeeping duties (cleaning, tidying, organizing spaces, laundry, keeping track of product shipments for filming and breaking down and disposing of boxes)</li><li>Assist with meal preparation and basic cooking (grocery shopping on a weekly basis)</li><li>Run occasional errands as requested</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Social Media Support:<ul><li>Assist in scheduling and posting content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)</li><li>Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar</li><li>Respond to basic messages and comments when required</li><li>Maintain inbox and handle necessary correspondence with brands</li><li>Coordinate travel</li><li>Organize photos/videos for posting, work with videographer and editor to ensure smooth filming days</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a personal assistant, or similar role preferred</li><li>Social media experience also strongly preferred</li><li>Basic cooking skills and knowledge of household management</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy</li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience)</li><li>Flexible schedule options</li><li>Opportunity for long-term role with growth in responsibilities</li></ul>How to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining your relevant experience.If applicable, include examples of social media accounts you have managed or contributed to.Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
