This hands-on leadership role ensures efficient internal processes, compliance, and strong organizational culture. Review full job description at mvhabitat.org/who-we-are/careers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management</li><li>Maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies</li><li>Oversee office operations, vendor contracts, and administrative budgets</li><li>Coordinate risk management, insurance, and safety programs</li><li>Support Board of Trustees meetings and documentation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of progressive HR experience; nonprofit experience preferred</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>SHRM-CP/PHR preferred</li></ul>Why Join Us Join a mission-driven team helping families achieve stability through affordable housing.
