Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Verify patient insurance benefits accurately and efficiently</li><li>Conduct outbound calls to new leads and follow up consistently</li><li>Track, update, and manage lead information in CRM or tracking systems</li><li>Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth start-to-service experience</li><li>Call clients who have missed appointments and reschedule promptly</li><li>Proactively rebook clients for the current week when possible (rather than pushing to the following week)</li><li>Maintain organized documentation of client communications</li><li>Support sales and administrative reporting as needed</li><li>Collaborate with the team to improve scheduling efficiency and conversion rates</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong phone presence and confidence in making outbound calls</li><li>Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred</li><li>Ability to track and manage multiple leads with attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable verifying insurance and explaining basic coverage information</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently</li><li>Basic proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Part-Time: 4 hours per day, 3 days per week</li><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for growth based on performance</li></ul>Pay: $12.77 per hourWork Location: Remote
