Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify patient insurance benefits accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct outbound calls to new leads and follow up consistently
  • Track, update, and manage lead information in CRM or tracking systems
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth start-to-service experience
  • Call clients who have missed appointments and reschedule promptly
  • Proactively rebook clients for the current week when possible (rather than pushing to the following week)
  • Maintain organized documentation of client communications
  • Support sales and administrative reporting as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to improve scheduling efficiency and conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and confidence in making outbound calls
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to track and manage multiple leads with attention to detail
  • Comfortable verifying insurance and explaining basic coverage information
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-Time: 4 hours per day, 3 days per week
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
  • Opportunity for growth based on performance

Pay: $12.77 per hour
