Key Responsibilities Purchase Management<ul><li>Manage end-to-end procurement of products as per demand forecasts and sales requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, lead times, and order confirmations.</li><li>Ensure timely purchase orders to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.</li></ul>B2B Order Punching<ul><li>Punch and process B2B purchase orders accurately</li><li>Ensure correct SKU mapping, quantities, pricing, taxes, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Track order status and follow up with vendors for dispatch and delivery updates.</li><li>Resolve discrepancies related to quantities, pricing, or documentation.</li></ul>Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and distributors.</li><li>Coordinate for order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Identify and onboard new vendors when required.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inward stock planning.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.</li><li>Prepare purchase reports, vendor performance reports, and order status summaries.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with sales, customer service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.</li><li>Support special orders, bulk orders, and urgent procurement requirements.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications Mandatory Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of purchase management and procurement processes.</li><li>Experience in B2B order punching and handling bulk orders.</li><li>Good Excel skills for tracking purchases and reports.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment.</li><li>Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and vendor documentation.</li><li>Strong follow-up and coordination skills.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement, purchase operations, or supply chain roles.</li><li>Prior experience handling B2B orders is strongly preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
