Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a lively hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage orders efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet service is highly valued. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where hospitality skills and sales abilities are essential for success.Duties<ul><li>Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction</li><li>Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or bar settings</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or retail math is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the venue&rsquo;s hours of operation</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions</li><li>Experience working in hospitality environments such as nightclubs, catering events, or the food industry is advantageous</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills can shine.Job Type: Part-timePay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
