Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a lively hospitality environment. Duties

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
• Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or bar settings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or retail math is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the venue’s hours of operation
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions
• Experience working in hospitality environments such as nightclubs, catering events, or the food industry is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
