 We are seeking a
 
 "Process Development Manager (Sourcing)"
 
 to join our Global Sourcing &amp; Supply Chain Division, within the Process Development (Sourcing) team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What will be expected of you in this role?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyzing the system and functional needs of business units in line with the company&rsquo;s strategy and changing priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in projects to maintain high levels of efficiency in purchasing and supply chain processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing new processes and working on improvements for existing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improving processes and tracking performance in collaboration with companies working on a project basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring testing processes for developments to be implemented and ensuring proper documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of information management and workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching new technologies and automation systems used in purchasing and supply chain processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and prioritizing process transformation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the process development team and supporting the development of team competencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guiding business units in response to questions and support requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring users receive hands-on support after system and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting user workshops during system developments to introduce and promote the use of new screens and functionalities.
 </li>

 Minimum of 8 years of work experience in process management in the textile industry, with experience in procurement and supply chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team management and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM module and PLM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering from a reputable university; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in building systems within process improvement and digital transformation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competence in strategic thinking and organizational transformation management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong task follow-up and execution skills.
 </li>
