 We are looking for an "Business Intelligence Associate" who will work under the in our Global Information Technology
 
 
 department, within Project team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What will be expected of you in this role?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Designing and developing ETL / ELT pilelinse using Python and SQL on Microsoft Fabric
 </li>
 <li>
 Building and maintaining Lakehouse and Data Warehouse structures
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating analytical and semantic models to support business decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and optimizing Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and executing BI studies to monitor retail business performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across data pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshooting data and pipeline issues in collaboration with IT and business teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Translating business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.
 </li>

 Why you?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3&ndash;6 years of experience in Business Intelligence within a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of modern data &amp; analytics architectures (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Semantic Models)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory / Pipelines, Notebooks)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex analytical queries (T-SQL / Spark SQL)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience developing ETL / ELT processes using Python and SQL
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Python-based data transformation (Fabric Notebooks, PySpark)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts (relational &amp; dimensional modeling, star schema)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Power BI (semantic models, DAX, reports, dashboards, performance optimization)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
 </li>

 We are looking for an "Category Supervisor" who will work under the in our Global Product &amp; Data Technologies department, within Category Women team.
 
 
 As the Category Supervisor, this is a highly collaborative role that will partner across the global category team as well as cross-functionally with Sourcing, Design and Product Planning department to deliver and accomplish highest quality of business standard.
