 We are now looking to appoint a
 
 commercially driven Account Manager
 
 to grow our B2B training portfolio, manage key employer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the UAE.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role:
 
 
 
 As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for
 
 driving B2B sales of corporate training programmes
 
 , managing existing client accounts, and developing new employer relationships. This is a
 
 target-driven, consultative sales role
 
 , covering the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract close and client retention.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Sales &amp; Revenue Growth
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive B2B sales of training courses and learning solutions to corporates, SMEs, government, and semi-government organisations
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline aligned to growth objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across leadership, technical, compliance, and accredited training programmes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Relationship Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct needs analysis and propose tailored training solutions aligned to business and workforce development goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a high-quality client experience from initial engagement through delivery and renewal
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 CRM &amp; Sales Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (leads, opportunities, forecasts, and activities)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide reliable pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting to management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all client interactions and follow-ups are logged in line with CRM governance standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Market &amp; Business Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proactively identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong awareness of the UAE corporate training market, competitors, and industry trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Maximus professionally at client meetings, industry events, and business forums
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 About You:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 B2B sales or account management
 
 , ideally within training, education, professional services, or solutions-based selling
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong track record of
 
 meeting or exceeding sales targets
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident managing
 
 complex sales cycles
 
 with multiple stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organised, CRM-driven, and commercially astute
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Language Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English required
 </li>
