Account Manager (UAE National)

We’re looking for a UAE National Account Manager to join our Skills business in Abu Dhabi, focused on driving growth across government (B2G) accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to navigate government stakeholders, build long-term relationships, and close high-value opportunities within workforce development, training, and skills programmes.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business across government entities for skills and training solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Building and growing strategic client relationships
  • Leading complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Presenting training and workforce solutions, clearly articulating value
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets


What we’re looking for:

  • 4–7 years’ experience in B2G sales, ideally within training, L&D, or skills development (B2B exposure also valuable)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing long-term client relationships
  • Commercially driven and comfortable in a target-led environment
