Job Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants to join a performance-driven team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is suited for agents who are results-oriented and comfortable working in a structured, target-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into closed property transactions
• Manage client relationships and negotiations

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE real estate experience
• Proven track record in closing property deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• UAE Driving License and/or ADM registration preferred
