Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers to secure favorable terms for all parties.
  • Analyze client needs and provide strategic guidance to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contract terms with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Conduct market research to support pricing strategies and negotiation positions.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to structure deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records throughout the negotiation cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate negotiations, sales, or brokerage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective negotiation strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
