Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating property listings, building strong relationships with property owners, and managing the listing process from onboarding to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and secure new property listings through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors
• Conduct property valuations and advise clients on competitive pricing strategies
• Create, manage, and optimize property listings across portals and CRM platforms
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings with potential buyers/tenants
• Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company targets
• Provide regular market updates and feedback to property owners
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations

equirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to generate listings and meet sales targets
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Immediate joiners preferred
