PSI Assets is expanding and looking for dynamic Real Estate Sales Agents to join our high-performing sales team in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals
• Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally and convert them into successful deals
• Conduct property viewings and present projects to clients in a professional manner
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
• Build strong long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Negotiate prices and terms to successfully close sales transactions
• Follow up consistently with clients to ensure deal closure
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams for smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
• Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends and property launches

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and self-driven personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
• Team player with a professional attitude
