looking for driven Arabic & English speaking Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Manage property inquiries and convert leads into successful closings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Arabic-speaking and international clients
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends, pricing, and available inventory
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in real estate or any sales-related role is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented personality
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and professionally
