Off-Plan Property Specialist

Job Description:
Home Seekers Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and motivated Off-Plan Property Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, particularly off-plan projects, and the ability to generate and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan projects across Abu Dhabi
• Generate leads through calls, social media, and portals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and project presentations
• Stay updated with the latest off-plan launches and market trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience (off-plan preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• UAE driving license is a plus
