Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Sanand Experience: 7&ndash;11 Years Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Plant HeadJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance operations for specialized production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations by minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and leading the maintenance team effectively.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities at the manufacturing site.</li><li>Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of:</li><li>Special Purpose Machines (SPM)</li><li>Press Machines</li><li>Thermoforming / Foaming Machines</li><li>Assembly Line Equipment</li><li>Perform fault diagnosis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records, spares consumption data, and machine history.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments.</li><li>Manage maintenance manpower, shift planning, and performance reporting.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with SPM, press, foaming, and assembly line machinery.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Knowledge of plant utilities and maintenance data recording systems.</li><li>Leadership ability with strong team management skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, CMMS).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Your current inhand salary monthly </li><li>Expected inhand salary monthly </li><li>Notice period </li><li>Do you have experience in Refrigeration? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
