Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance operations for specialized production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations by minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and leading the maintenance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities at the manufacturing site.
• Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of:
• Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
• Press Machines
• Thermoforming / Foaming Machines
• Assembly Line Equipment
• Perform fault diagnosis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, spares consumption data, and machine history.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments.
• Manage maintenance manpower, shift planning, and performance reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with SPM, press, foaming, and assembly line machinery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of plant utilities and maintenance data recording systems.
• Leadership ability with strong team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, CMMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
