Lead Maxta's marketing strategy across US, China, and Singapore markets. You will own brand positioning, content strategy, demand generation, and partner marketing for our enterprise AI infrastructure products.
 
What You Will Do
 Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for MaxtaOS, MaxModel, and MaxDeploy
 Manage content pipeline: blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media
 Plan and coordinate events (DC Summit, industry conferences, webinars)
 Drive demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, WeChat, and industry channels
 Manage the Maxta brand across maxta.com, social media, and partner channels
 Track marketing analytics and optimize conversion funnels
 Coordinate with engineering on product launches and feature announcements
 Requirements
 5+ years in B2B technology marketing, preferably enterprise infrastructure or AI
 Experience with content marketing, demand generation, and event management
 Strong writing skills in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus
 Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics)
 Understanding of enterprise AI/infrastructure market landscape
 Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics
 Cross-cultural communication skills (US-China-Singapore markets)

Marketing Manager — Enterprise AI

We are looking for a Business Assistant with excellent English skills to support senior management in communications with our US headquarters, while handling business reception, meeting coordination, document preparation, and daily administrative support.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Support senior management with daily business and administrative affairs — scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and client reception
 Serve as the communication bridge with our US entity and overseas partners — draft and manage English emails, meeting facilitation, document preparation, and follow-ups
 Prepare and organize business documents, presentations (PPT), meeting minutes, and bilingual (EN/ZH) materials
 Track client and internal collaboration items to ensure efficient execution and delivery
 Provide on-the-ground English communication support to management, improving overall business communication efficiency
 Requirements
 Requirements
 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, Business Administration, or related fields
 Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) — capable of using English as a working language
 Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility
 Strong communication and coordination abilities; comfortable multitasking across parallel workstreams
 Professional appearance and demeanor; solid business etiquette and client reception skills
 Nice to Have
 Prior experience as a business assistant, administrative assistant, or executive assistant
 Experience at a foreign enterprise, US company, tech company, or startup environment
 Proven ability to handle English emails, meetings, and business documentation independently
