Job Purpose</h2>
The Senior AR Accountant is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Accounts Receivable function, including invoicing cycles, AR lifecycle management, revenue controls, and coordination with Sales and Operations. This role is critical for cash collection, revenue accuracy, and management reporting.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Primary Responsibilities</h2>
AR Ownership &amp; Invoicing<ul><li>
Own the monthly invoicing cycle for recurring and one-time services.</li><li>
Validate invoices against contracts, approved pricing, MRR, and service start dates.</li><li>
Ensure accurate handling of advances, AR balances, and rebilling logic.</li></ul>
AR Lifecycle Management<ul><li>
Maintain AR aging and collection status for all clients.</li><li>
Execute client actions: holds, suspensions, cancellations (FaaS &amp; SaaS) per policy.</li><li>
Coordinate with Ops and CS teams on overdue balances and service status.</li></ul>
Revenue &amp; Collections Control<ul><li>
Record and reconcile receipts from Stripe, banks, and cash.</li><li>
Ensure revenue recognition aligns with contracts and actual collections.</li><li>
Maintain and control AR trackers and supporting schedules.</li></ul>
Reporting &amp; Management Support<ul><li>
Prepare AR aging, collection summaries, and churn inputs.</li><li>
Support management reporting (revenue by stream, country, client status).</li><li>
Provide accurate inputs for cashflow forecasting and fund requests.</li></ul>
Systems &amp; Coordination<ul><li>
Work across ERP, billing tools, Ops portal, and CRM.</li><li>
Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.</li><li>
Support audits and internal reviews related to AR and revenue.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Essential Skills and Qualifications</h4>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance.
4&ndash;6 years in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Accounting.
Mandatory experience in SaaS / subscription-based or recurring billing environments.
Proven ownership of invoicing and AR lifecycle (not data entry only).
Strong Excel skills (aging, trackers, reconciliation models).
Experience with ERPs and online payment gateways (Stripe or similar).
Ability to work across multiple systems and reconcile differences.
Strong English communication (written &amp; verbal).

Job Purpose</h2>
The UAE Marketing Lead will own mazeed&rsquo;s marketing presence in the UAE, ensuring strong positioning, high-quality execution, and fast, relevant campaigns aligned with market needs.
This role will drive campaign direction, elevate creative quality, and ensure mazeed is consistently visible, competitive, and well-positioned within the UAE ecosystem.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Primary Responsibilities</h2>
1. Market Ownership &amp; Intelligence<ul><li>Own understanding of the UAE market (SMEs, finance, SaaS, regulatory landscape)</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, trends, and regulatory updates</li><li>Identify opportunities for positioning, campaigns, and growth</li><li>Share actionable insights regularly with leadership and marketing team</li></ul>
2. Campaign Direction &amp; Localization<ul><li>Define campaign angles, messaging, and priorities for the UAE market</li><li>Translate business objectives into clear marketing briefs for the Marketing team</li><li>Ensure campaigns are relevant, localized, and aligned with market dynamics</li></ul>
3. Real-Time &amp; Reactive Marketing<ul><li>Identify and act on real-time opportunities (news, trends, announcements)</li><li>Launch fast, relevant campaigns across channels</li><li>Ensure mazeed is present in key market conversations</li></ul>
4. Events &amp; Community Leadership<ul><li>Own UAE events strategy and execution (webinars, workshops, networking events)</li><li>Represent mazeed in key industry events and partnerships</li><li>Build and grow a strong ecosystem presence (SMEs, founders, finance professionals)</li><li>Leverage events and community for brand awareness and lead generation</li></ul>
5. Community &amp; Ecosystem Engagement<ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with founders, SMEs, accountants, partners, and ecosystem players in the UAE</li><li>Actively engage in communities, meetups, and relevant industry groups</li><li>Represent mazeed in local networking opportunities</li></ul>
6. Events Execution (On-Ground)<ul><li>Research and identify relevant UAE events, exhibitions, and initiatives</li><li>Execute participation in events (booths, logistics, coordination)</li><li>Attend events and ensure proper coverage and representation</li><li>Report outcomes (leads, partnerships, insights)</li></ul>
7. Content Support &amp; Coverage<ul><li>Capture on-ground content (videos, photos, testimonials, interviews)</li><li>Coordinate with the content and design teams for production and publishing</li><li>Ensure real-time content coverage during events and activities</li></ul>
8. Partnerships Activation (Local Execution)<ul><li>Support activation of existing partnerships in the UAE</li><li>Attend partner events and ensure proper representation</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to execute co-marketing activities locally</li></ul>
