We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in auditing, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial audits for a healthcare provider in Qatar.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and Qatari regulations.</li><li>General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure the organization meets its financial objectives.</li><li>Auditing: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and financial standards. Strong auditing background preferred.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Regulation: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and healthcare industry standards. Work closely with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide insights into cost control, profit margins, and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Accounts Payable/Receivable: Supervise accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.</li><li>Cost Accounting: Implement cost accounting procedures to monitor and control healthcare-related expenses.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/Master in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the medical or healthcare sector. Experience in auditing is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare accounting standards, tax regulations, and auditing procedures. Familiarity with Qatar's financial regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Senior Accountant

The Multi-Technician is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services across various departments and systems. This individual will be expected to possess expertise in multiple technical disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and other relevant fields. The role requires flexibility and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems in the organization.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other technical systems.</li><li>Diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical circuits, machinery, and plumbing systems.</li><li>Assist in the installation and setup of new systems, equipment, and machinery.</li><li>Perform calibration and commissioning of equipment.</li><li>Work with vendors or other technical teams to ensure seamless installation processes</li><li>Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities for auditing purposes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma, vocational training, or a relevant technical degree.</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar multi-technical role maintenance, repair, and installation.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of technical tools and safety standards.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented A/C technician to install, maintain and repair A/C systems. Has an A/C Technician you must be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.</li><li>Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.</li><li>Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for A/C systems.</li><li>Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.</li><li>Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or suitable equivalent.</li><li>2+ year experience as an A/C technician in Qatar.</li><li>Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.</li><li>Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with A/C protocols.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
