We are looking for a Pediatric Nurse for specialized care for infants, children, and adolescents within healthcare settings. The role involves working closely with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that young patients receive the best care for their medical, emotional, and developmental needs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Evaluate the health status of pediatric patients, including conducting physical exams, monitoring vital signs, and tracking progress in ongoing treatments.</li><li>Administer prescribed medications, vaccinations, injections, IVs, and other necessary treatments according to pediatric protocols.</li><li>Provide appropriate care for wounds, fractures, or surgical sites and ensure proper healing.</li><li>Implement pain management strategies for both acute and chronic conditions, including appropriate use of analgesics, physical comfort measures, and emotional support.</li><li>Work alongside pediatricians, pediatric specialists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for children.</li><li>Participate in care planning meetings, contributing to discussions on treatment plans and patient progress.</li><li>Teach parents and caregivers how to manage medical conditions at home, including medication administration, follow-up care, and home health monitoring.</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with health privacy laws and hospital policies.</li><li>Provide routine physical exams, wellness checks, and vaccinations to prevent illness and monitor the child&rsquo;s growth and development.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing qualification.</li><li>Certification in pediatric nursing or pediatric care is preferred.</li><li>Valid QCHP.</li><li>At least 02-03 years of experience in pediatric nursing, though more experienced candidates may be preferred.</li><li>Experience in specialized pediatric care areas such as neonatal intensive care, pediatric ICU, or emergency care can be an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pediatric care, including common childhood diseases, vaccinations, and growth patterns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR6,000.00 per month

Pediatric Nurse

We are looking for a Home Care Nurse who provides direct patient care in the home environment, assisting patients in managing their health conditions, promoting recovery, and enhancing their quality of life. Nurses will follow individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure that care is delivered in accordance with medical protocols and standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.</li><li>Develop and update personalized care plans based on patient needs.</li><li>Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient&rsquo;s care.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions, medications, and therapies.</li><li>Provide guidance on maintaining hygiene, mobility, and overall well-being.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.</li><li>Report any significant changes in patient condition to the healthcare provider or supervisor.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Valid QCHP.</li><li>Minimum of 02-03 years of experience in nursing, with at least 1 year in home care or a similar setting</li><li>Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, and implement nursing care.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and families.</li><li>Knowledge of infection control, patient safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
