Legal Billing SpecialistMcAnlis Law Group, is looking to contract with a Billing Specialist.This Northside Law firm has an immediate need for your attention to detail for billing services (AP/AR) and account reconciliations. The Billing Specialist role is a contract position for approximately 20-30 hours per week. Rate will be commensurate with experience.Essential Job Duties:<ul><li>Reconcile Bank Accounts</li><li>Deposit and classify physical checks (scanner) and ACH Funds</li><li>Invoice customers and post payments</li><li>Sync legal software with Quickbooks</li><li>Resolve billing questions with clients</li><li>Track and post payments</li><li>Pay vendors</li><li>Generate reports (Accounts receivable, P/L, budget)</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>College Associate or four year degree is preferred</li><li>Previous success in a billing or accounts receivable/accounts payable role</li><li>Effective communication skills by phone, email, and in person</li><li>Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office</li><li>Significant experience with Quickbooks and similar software programs</li><li>Ability to take on a task to completion without direct oversight</li></ul>Physical Activities:<ul><li>Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting not more than 40 lbs (on rare occasion), grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking</li><li>Ability to sit for long periods of time</li><li>Ability to concentrate at a computer screen for extended periods of time</li></ul>About McAnlis Law Group: We are a Northside Law Firm specializing in real estate matters.
