Seeking a polished, professional and articulate individual who is able to work a full time schedule .Must be highly organized, motivated, and able to multi-task.Job Duties:<ul><li>Ability to perform a variety of standard/general office and clerical duties</li></ul><ul><li>Greet and route visitors and answer any questions</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and disseminate information to appropriate individuals including but not limited to phone</li></ul>messages, e-mails, office memos, faxes, etc.<ul><li>Familiar with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and other programs</li></ul><ul><li>Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, faxes and other communications</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare outgoing mail and deliveries</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and schedule conference rooms</li></ul><ul><li>Host and set up conference rooms for meetings</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain lobby and other public areas in the office</li></ul><ul><li>Serve drinks to guests</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to order office/kitchen supplies</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to scan, fax and file documents</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to perform additional office duties as necessary</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Possess excellent customer service skills</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Strong spelling and grammar skills</li></ul><ul><li>Friendly and upbeat; positive attitude</li></ul>Additional Compensation:<ul><li>Bonuses</li></ul>Setting:<ul><li>Legal</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
