Seeking a polished, professional and articulate individual who is able to work a full time schedule .

Must be highly organized, motivated, and able to multi-task.

Job Duties:

  • Ability to perform a variety of standard/general office and clerical duties
  • Greet and route visitors and answer any questions
  • Manage and disseminate information to appropriate individuals including but not limited to phone

messages, e-mails, office memos, faxes, etc.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and other programs
  • Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, faxes and other communications
  • Prepare outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain and schedule conference rooms
  • Host and set up conference rooms for meetings
  • Maintain lobby and other public areas in the office
  • Serve drinks to guests
  • Ability to order office/kitchen supplies
  • Ability to scan, fax and file documents
  • Ability to perform additional office duties as necessary
