This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and friendly customer service at the front desk</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries efficiently</li><li>Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain accurate records</li><li>Organize files, process paperwork, and ensure proper filing systems are maintained for easy retrieval</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff and executive</li><li>Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling mail distribution</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory list and coordinate orders to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Offer general administrative assistance including photocopying, faxing, and updating databases</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, ), Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li><li>Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Prior customer service experience demonstrating strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document organization</li><li>Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant to be a vital part of our team!
