Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>
Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate technician routes</li><li>
Provide service updates, answer customer questions, and manage follow-up communication</li><li>
Enter accurate notes, appointment details, and updates into the system</li><li>
Maintain daily communication with field technicians to ensure on-time service delivery</li><li>
Support overall office operations during high-volume seasonal periods</li><li>
Contribute to a well‑organized, efficient workflow and positive team environment</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred</li><li>
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)</li><li>
Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>
High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented</li><li>
Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software</li></ul><div><b>
