As we continue to grow, we are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives / Seasonal Dispatchers at our Taylors and Easley locations.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy

Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate technician routes

Provide service updates, answer customer questions, and manage follow-up communication

Enter accurate notes, appointment details, and updates into the system

Maintain daily communication with field technicians to ensure on-time service delivery

Support overall office operations during high-volume seasonal periods

Contribute to a well‑organized, efficient workflow and positive team environment
Qualifications

Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
