Looking to step off the floor into a role that blends staffing, clinical systems, and organization? This position supports daily staffing, PointClickCare documentation, and central supply&mdash;helping our clinical team stay prepared and our residents receive exceptional care. 
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing<ul><li>
Build and manage schedules in OnShift.</li><li>
Coordinate coverage for call-ins and open shifts.</li><li>
Maintain daily staffing sheets.</li><li>
Support nursing payroll in ADP (punches/adjustments).</li></ul>
Clinical Systems (PointClickCare)<ul><li>
Maintain accurate resident records.</li><li>
Assist with chart audits and survey readiness.</li><li>
Support admissions/discharges and documentation floor.</li></ul>
Central Supply<ul><li>
Order and track clinical supplies.</li><li>
Maintain organized, stocked supply areas.</li></ul>
This is a coordinated support role&mdash;not three separate full-time jobs&mdash;designed to keep each area manageable and structured.

Requirements:<ul><li>
Must hold a valid Missouri CNA license or CMT certification.</li><li>
PointClickCare experience required.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years in staffing, scheduling, or clinical support.</li><li>
Skilled nursing/LTC experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication.</li></ul>
