Looking to step off the floor into a role that blends staffing, clinical systems, and organization? This position supports daily staffing, PointClickCare documentation, and central supply—helping our clinical team stay prepared and our residents receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing

• Build and manage schedules in OnShift.

• Coordinate coverage for call-ins and open shifts.

• Maintain daily staffing sheets.

• Support nursing payroll in ADP (punches/adjustments).

Clinical Systems (PointClickCare)

• Maintain accurate resident records.

• Assist with chart audits and survey readiness.

• Support admissions/discharges and documentation floor.

Central Supply

• Order and track clinical supplies.

• Maintain organized, stocked supply areas.

This is a coordinated support role—not three separate full-time jobs—designed to keep each area manageable and structured.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Missouri CNA license or CMT certification.

• PointClickCare experience required.

• 1–3 years in staffing, scheduling, or clinical support.

• Skilled nursing/LTC experience preferred.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication.
