Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Sales &amp; Marketing Associate to join our expanding software development company. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity ideal for someone interested in SaaS, technology, sales, and marketing.In this role, you will work closely with company leadership to support customer outreach, marketing initiatives, and long-term sales growth. You will begin with a structured learning and ramp-up period focused on understanding our products, customers, and sales approach before gradually taking on greater responsibility in lead generation, networking, and external representation.This position offers hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, Microsoft-based consulting services, enterprise clients, and public-sector procurement processes. Over time, this role is designed to grow into senior sales or regional leadership opportunities as the company expands.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Proactively connect with existing customers to support engagement and satisfaction</li><li>Gather feedback, testimonials, and case study opportunities</li><li>Serve as a professional, non-technical point of contact for customer communication</li><li>Coordinate internally to share customer insights and improve service</li></ul>Sales &amp; Business Development (Progressive Responsibility)<ul><li>Support inside/outside sales efforts and opportunity tracking</li><li>Research target industries and organizations</li><li>Assist with lead generation initiatives and outbound campaigns</li><li>Gradually participate in networking events, trade shows, and regional business activities</li><li>Help refine messaging and value propositions</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Brand Support<ul><li>Help manage and grow the company&rsquo;s LinkedIn and digital presence</li><li>Contribute to marketing content and campaign ideas</li><li>Support digital advertising efforts (Google Ads, software marketplaces, etc.)</li></ul>Marketplace &amp; Procurement Platforms (Growth Responsibility)<ul><li>Assist with maintaining listings and submissions on software marketplaces and supplier portals</li><li>Monitor opportunities and coordinate internal documentation for submissions</li></ul>ExperienceRequired<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn</li><li>Comfortable speaking professionally with customers and prospects</li><li>Interest in technology, SaaS, or software solutions</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Internship or early experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or CRM systems</li><li>Experience with social media management or content creation</li><li>Interest in enterprise or public-sector sales environments</li></ul>Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
