Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per monthJob description:Job Title: Admin &amp; Procurement SpecialistLocation: Near Fortress Staudium Cantt , LahoreDepartment: Administration &amp; ProcurementKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee office administration, facility management, and general services.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.</li><li>Supervise office maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts.</li><li>Manage company assets, vehicle fleet, and logistics operations.</li><li>Monitor office discipline, staff punctuality, and adherence to SOPs.</li><li>Assist in security management and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective office operations.</li><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality.</li><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.</li><li>Oversee the purchasing process, including requisitions, approvals, and purchase orders.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services as per business needs.</li><li>Maintain and update procurement records, reports, and vendor databases.</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with finance and other departments to align procurement with budgetary constraints.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
