Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Painter with a minimum of five years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating visually stunning results, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. </li><li>Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and other hand or power tools. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and schematics to accurately execute painting plans on construction sites. </li><li>Perform specialized painting tasks such as industrial painting, restoration work, stucco application, and masonry finishing. </li><li>Conduct surface repairs including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and basic carpentry to ensure a smooth base for painting. </li><li>Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials needed for efficient job completion. </li><li>Assist with renovation and remodeling projects by installing fixtures, performing drywall finishing, and handling maintenance tasks as required. </li><li>Follow safety protocols on construction sites while operating power tools and welding equipment when necessary. </li><li>Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>A minimum of five years of professional painting experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. </li><li>Proven expertise in construction site experience with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. </li><li>Strong knowledge of color theory and surface preparation techniques for various materials including concrete, stucco, masonry, and drywall. </li><li>Hands-on experience with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns; power tools including airless sprayers; and specialized equipment like welding machines when needed. </li><li>Familiarity with construction estimating processes for material planning and project budgeting. </li><li>Knowledge of renovation processes involving fixture installation, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, plastering, and restoration work. </li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material quantities efficiently. </li><li>Additional skills such as handyman experience or maintenance background are advantageous for versatile project support.
