<li>Responsible for answering and placing telephone calls, operating company switchboard and notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers or visitors</li>
<li>Provides entry level administrative support including but not limited to typing, filing, copying and coordinating calendars</li>
<li>Greets customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous, friendly and timely manner</li>
<li>Sorts and routes mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate party</li>
<li>Directs issues or problems to appropriate party for resolutions</li>
<li>Coordinates meetings and organizes catering</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

Role Specific Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Ability to read, write and perform simple math</li>
<li>Entry level, no experience required</li>
<li>Minimal computer skills necessary to complete tasks</li>
<li>Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal directives and work with people of all levels</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Good attention to detail</li>
<li>Responsible with good initiative</li>
</ul>
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Completion of a High School diploma</li>
<li>Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in clerical administration which includes experience in phone/professional etiquette.</li></ul></div>
