The ideal candidate is confident performing advanced facial treatments, comfortable supporting providers, and excited to grow within the aesthetics industry.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform customized facials based on individual patient needs</li><li>Provide Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments</li><li>Conduct skincare consultations and develop personalized treatment recommendations</li><li>Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment options</li><li>Recommend and sell professional skincare products</li><li>Assist and support the NP/provider team as needed</li><li>Participate in patient treatment planning and follow-up care</li><li>Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records</li><li>Contribute to social media content and patient engagement initiatives</li><li>Deliver an exceptional patient experience and foster long-term relationships</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active Esthetician License in New York</li><li>Strong hands-on facial experience in a med spa, aesthetics, or skincare setting</li><li>Experience performing customized facials, Hydrafacials, and chemical peels</li><li>Comfortable assisting and supporting NP/provider teams</li><li>Social media savvy and comfortable representing the practice online</li><li>Positive attitude and strong cultural fit</li><li>Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and relationship building</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Bi-Lingual/Korean-speaking candidates are highly preferred</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation: $25&ndash;$30/hr</li><li>Commission opportunities</li><li>Full-time schedule</li><li>Growth and development within aesthetics</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to work alongside experienced aesthetic providers</li></ul>About Us:McLean Aesthetics Staffing is a specialized recruiting firm focused exclusively on aesthetics and dermatology.
