McLean Aesthetics Staffing is hiring on behalf of a growing med spa in Long Island City, NY seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an esthetician who loves skincare, building relationships with patients, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate is confident performing advanced facial treatments, comfortable supporting providers, and excited to grow within the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facials based on individual patient needs
• Provide Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments
• Conduct skincare consultations and develop personalized treatment recommendations
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment options
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products
• Assist and support the NP/provider team as needed
• Participate in patient treatment planning and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Contribute to social media content and patient engagement initiatives
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience and foster long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician License in New York
• Strong hands-on facial experience in a med spa, aesthetics, or skincare setting
• Experience performing customized facials, Hydrafacials, and chemical peels
• Comfortable assisting and supporting NP/provider teams
• Social media savvy and comfortable representing the practice online
• Positive attitude and strong cultural fit
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and relationship building
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bi-Lingual/Korean-speaking candidates are highly preferred
