Location: Arvada, CO

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

As a Licensed Esthetician at Aspire Medical Spa, you will serve as a key member of our client experience team. You will perform professional skincare services, educate clients on treatment plans, recommend products and services, and help clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized care.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for skincare and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic services and skincare treatments
• Conduct client consultations and review treatment history
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans, and home-care recommendations
• Recommend appropriate products and additional services based on client needs
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up care
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and spa-wide sales goals
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, certifications, and treatment advancements

Qualifications Required

• Active Colorado Esthetician License
• Dermaplane Certification
• Chemical Peel Certification
• Laser Certification
• Minimum 1 year of esthetics experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain repeat business
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

• Previous Medical Spa experience
• Retail sales experience
• Advanced skincare treatment experience
