We are currently seeking an experienced, clinically minded, and growth-oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our team.
This role is best suited for someone who sees esthetics as more than a service menu. At Glow Lab, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all beauty. We build client relationships, educate with care, create treatment plans, and help clients move through a thoughtful skin and aesthetics journey over time.
The ideal candidate has , dermatology, or clinical aesthetics environment and is confident providing elevated esthetic services while also building and maintaining a strong client book. Existing clientele is strongly preferred, but just as important is the ability to build trust, rebook consistently, recommend appropriate treatment plans, support retail/homecare, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Glow Lab offers services including advanced laser treatments, removal, facials, advanced facials, microneedling, HydroGlow, brows, lashes, waxing, body treatments, and clinical skincare services. Experience with these services is strongly preferred.
This is a strong fit for someone who is polished, warm, professional, self-motivated, and serious about growing within a clinical aesthetics environment. Full or part-time available.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform facials, advanced facials, HydroGlow, microneedling, waxing, brows, lashes, removal, body treatments, and other esthetic services within scope of licensure, training, and Glow Lab protocols.
- Support advanced , and corrective treatment plans in a clinical, results-driven environment.
- Conduct thoughtful consultations and skin assessments to understand each client’s goals, concerns, lifestyle, and long-term treatment needs.
- Create personalized skincare, treatment, and homecare recommendations that support measurable progress over time.
- Build, maintain, and grow a strong book of business through client relationships, rebooking, retention, referrals, and exceptional service.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, skincare routines, aftercare, and realistic timelines.
- Recommend retail products, packages, memberships, and service pathways in a way that feels educational, appropriate, and aligned with client goals.
- Provide an elevated client experience that feels warm, professional, consultative, and never transactional.
- Maintain accurate documentation of consultations, services performed, product recommendations, aftercare, and follow-up needs.
- Stay current on skincare trends, treatment protocols, product knowledge, safety standards, and best practices in aesthetics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming treatment room.
- Use downtime productively through client follow-ups, treatment plan review, training, documentation, content support, community engagement, event support, and other business-building activities.
- Collaborate with the Glow Lab team to support client outcomes, utilization, retention, service progression, and overall practice growth.
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician License required.
- Proven , dermatology, or clinical aesthetics environment required.
- Experience with facials, advanced facials, waxing, brows, lashes, and clinical skincare services required.
- Experience with removal, advanced laser treatments, microneedling, HydroGlow, or similar advanced services strongly preferred.
- Existing clientele or demonstrated ability to build, retain, and grow a client book strongly preferred.
- Strong consultation, communication, and client education skills.
- Comfortable recommending treatment plans, retail products, memberships, packages, and follow-up care in a thoughtful and non-pushy way.
- Professional, reliable, polished, and team-oriented.
- Self-motivated and comfortable contributing to business growth, client retention, and practice goals.
- Able to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment.
- A thoughtful, philosophical approach to beauty and aesthetics, with an understanding that great results come from trust, consistency, education, and care over time.
Compensation
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour + commission, based on experience.
Additional earning opportunities include service commission, retail commission, and performance-based bonuses, based on Glow Lab policies and eligibility.
