Licensed Esthetician - Med Spa (Part-Time)

GlowMD Aesthetics & Wellness Institute is a physician-led luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized wellness solutions.

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Licensed Esthetician who is confident performing advanced aesthetic treatments, conducting comprehensive skin consultations, and converting consultations into customized treatment plans. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned esthetician with the knowledge, confidence, and professionalism of a master-level provider who can deliver exceptional patient outcomes while contributing to the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive skin consultations and skin analyses
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals
  • Perform HydraFacial treatments
  • Perform SkinPen® microneedling treatments
  • Perform professional chemical peels
  • Recommend medical-grade skincare products and home care regimens
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term skin health
  • Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care
  • Achieve treatment plan, retail, and membership sales goals
  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation
  • Ensure treatment rooms meet all sanitation and safety standards
  • Deliver a luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced esthetician with 3–5 years of experience in a medical aesthetics practice.

Candidates should have a strong background in:

  • HydraFacial
  • SkinPen® Microneedling
  • Chemical Peels
  • Medical-Grade Skincare
  • Professional Skin Consultations
  • Customized Treatment Planning
  • Treatment Plan Sales
  • Retail Product Sales
  • Membership Sales

The ideal candidate has the experience and confidence of a master-level esthetician and is comfortable working independently with patients while delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous leadership or department management experience in a medical spa or aesthetics practice
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience building a loyal patient clientele
  • Strong consultation and closing skills
  • Passion for continuing education and advanced aesthetic treatments

Requirements

  • Active Texas Esthetician License
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of medical aesthetics experience
  • Strong sales and consultation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physician-led practice
  • Evening and Saturday availability

Schedule

  • 20–30 hours per week
  • Evenings required
  • Saturdays required
