K Beauty Lab is hiring an experienced Medical Esthetician to join our growing Korean clinical medspa.

This role is ideal for a skilled esthetician who loves advanced skincare, enjoys working in a polished and supportive team environment, and is confident delivering visible client results.

K Beauty Lab specializes in Korean corrective skincare, skin regeneration, advanced facials, microneedling, RF treatments, and long-term skin health. Our clients expect precision, education, professionalism, and a high-touch experience.

We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, client-focused, team-oriented, and excited to grow within a results-driven medspa environment.

This is not an entry-level position.

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on esthetician experience in a medspa, dermatology, or advanced skincare clinic
• Active treatment experience, not front desk-to-esthetician transition experience
• Experience working within a structured spa, clinic, or medspa environment
• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Verifiable professional references
• Professional proof of work through Instagram, TikTok, portfolio, or treatment documentation

ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Treatment Execution

• Perform advanced facials, microneedling, and corrective skincare treatments
• Conduct detailed skin analysis and develop treatment plans
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and professional product recommendations
• Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and clinical standards
• Communicate professionally and build strong client rapport

Client Experience

• Lead consultations with confidence and clarity
• Educate clients on their skin concerns, treatment options, and expected results
• Deliver a calm, refined, and elevated treatment experience
• Build long-term trust through consistency, education, and visible outcomes

Performance Expectations

• Support client rebooking and long-term retention
• Recommend appropriate treatment plans, packages, and upgrades
• Contribute to package and membership conversions
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Operate well in a high-performance, results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Korean skincare methods or advanced modalities
• Korean-speaking preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of acne, aging, pigmentation, texture, and corrective treatments
• Familiarity with Korean beauty aesthetics, treatments, and skincare trends
• Comfortable taking before-and-after photos and documenting treatment progress

Social Media / Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must have an active professional presence on Instagram, TikTok, or a digital portfolio. A large following is not required. However, candidates must be able to provide clear proof of work, including:

• Before-and-after results
• Treatment documentation
• Visible skin transformations
• Examples of professional skincare work

This is not a content creation role. The goal is to demonstrate real clinical results and treatment experience.

Compensation & Training Structure

All hired estheticians will complete a required onboarding and training period in Korean skincare methods and Hannah Method protocols before independently performing services.

Training Includes:

• Hands-on shadowing with the Owner
• Korean skincare treatment philosophy
• Product knowledge and treatment protocols
• Written and practical evaluation before client-facing services

Training Compensation:

• $15.00 per hour during onboarding and shadowing

Post-Training Compensation:

• $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
• Eligibility for performance-based commission, including:
• Treatment upgrades
• Client retention and rebooking
• Packages and membership sales

Important Training Notes:

• Training is performance-based, not time-based
• Most qualified candidates complete training within a short, structured timeframe based on proficiency
• Transition to the full hourly rate occurs once readiness is demonstrated
• Experienced estheticians who show strong proficiency may complete training on an accelerated timeline

Employee Ampoule/Supply Costs:

These treatments are offered at approximately 70–80% below regular client pricing:

• Superjection Exoroid / Retinoid / ShineTox: $150
• Rejuran Healer + Dermashine OR Rejuran Healer + DEP: $250
• Oligio RF: $100 per 100 shots
