Duties

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser skin therapies, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Deliver relaxing deep tissue massages, eyelash extensions, makeup applications, and nail care services to meet diverse client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and retail products to enhance their results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring treatment areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments and retail products through personalized consultations and upselling techniques.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and progress to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually elevate the quality of services offered.

Skills

• Proven expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage.
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Effective retail sales skills to promote skincare products confidently while prioritizing client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining treatments, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
