What You'll Do: Esthetic Services

• Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
• Recommend professional retail products and home care routines
• Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards
• Deliver Drift's signature service rituals and guest experience standards
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Spa Support & Front Desk Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and promotions
• Support tea service, relaxation lounge offerings, and guest amenities
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful spa environment
• Support daily spa operations as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Esthetician in Pennsylvania
• Passionate about holistic wellness and skincare
• Comfortable recommending retail products and treatment plans
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and guests
• Available evenings and weekends preferred

Job Type: Part-Time (with opportunity for growth)

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend availability required

License/Certification:

• Pennsylvania Esthetics License (Required)

Pay: $16.00 - $60.00 per hour
